APPROACH
My approach to coaching is rather eclectic. Because each client has different needs and goals, my approach must also be different. I believe we all have the power and strength within us
to be successful but we need the guidance, support, and encouragement to make it happen. Therapy needs to be a collaboration between us. We are a team that works together
to uncover the underlying cause of symptoms and maladaptive thoughts and behavior
and improve Emotional Intelligence (EQ).
Our goal is life long change not just symptom management.
I use traditional psychotherapy (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing) along with more advanced treatment approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Spiritual Psychology. We cannot heal the mind without also healing the body and spirit.
SPECIALTIES
I work with teens, adults and LGBTQ. I conduct individual, couples and family therapy.
I specialize in helping clients through depression, anxiety, abuse, trauma and
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), divorce, blended families, parenting and stepparenting, marital and family problems, grief (including the death of a pet),
stress, self-esteem and self-love, emotional regulation, boundaries and life transitions.
ABOUT ME
I am a Forensic and Clinical Psychologist. However, my own Spiritual Journey led me
to doing clinical work only and opening my private practice in Cave Creek, AZ.
I am a proud stepmom of two sons and a mom of two dogs, one mini donkey and three chickens, which will be here to greet you when you come (the animals not my stepsons).
I am a writer for Executive Functioning Magazine and
previously wrote for Stepmom Magazine.
I am passionate about creating self-help guided exercises, courses and guided meditations,
which can be found on Free Spirit's YouTube Channel and on
the free mediation app, Insight Timer.
Pasquale and I also co-host a Spiritual Psychology Support Group on YouTube
to help people through their own Spiritual Journey.
I believe integrity, kindness, and compassion are the keystones of a great life.
I have been blessed with clairvoyance (clear-sight), claircognizance (clear-knowledge), and clairsentience (empathy or clear-feeling) as well as a passion for helping others
rise to meet their most authentic and joyful lives. I am trained in the use of Crystal Reiki Healing and Auric Color Energy and I draw on this knowledge in every session to gently guide you through any challenges. With these gifts, I facilitate a healing space where I tune in to your energy and the guidance from your angels while uncovering messages to aid you in overcoming any blocks you might be experiencing. I use an integrative approach that includes reading your natal chart and using color therapy to help bring balance and solutions into your life. The real power is hidden within you and we will uncover it together!
Finally, we will create an action plan with tangible steps to take to help you
heal, balance, and expand. Click here to learn what to expect from a session.
As a Spiritual Life Coach and Energy Healer, I understand what it takes to
overcome life's obstacles and guide you toward a more meaningful existence.
Growing up in Chicago as the son of Catholic Italian immigrants,
I faced numerous challenges. From navigating cultural identity and language barriers to understanding my empathic and intuitive abilities, my journey has been one of profound self-discovery. Dealing with a family history of depression and anxiety, along with
exploring my identity as a gay man, added further complexity to my path.
Amidst these challenges, my spiritual awakening as an Empath and Intuitive
illuminated my way. This transformative experience not only deepened my understanding of myself but also fueled my passion for guiding others on their journeys.
My past is not just a story of overcoming obstacles; it's a testament to the power of embracing who we are and finding strength in our unique journeys.
These experiences led me to question many of the ideals and beliefs I was raised with, helping me understand the true meaning of life. To navigate these difficulties, I sought guidance from several renowned spiritual mentors who taught me how to follow my spiritual practice, maintain high vibrations, and appreciate the importance of intuition and healing.
Despite the difficulties, I achieved a deep understanding of my differences. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree and embarked on a successful corporate career, using my knowledge and intuition to guide teams and operate successful businesses.
Eventually, I retired from my corporate executive role to live a more authentic spiritual life. Now, I empower other empaths and intuitives to achieve a balanced life of mind, body, and spirit. My expertise lies in helping people unlock their potential, move beyond their shadows, and initiate a spiritual life, attaining self-love and harmony.
Are you ready to embark on this transformative journey? Let’s connect and make it happen.

Horses are very responsive animals with awareness and sensitivity to their surroundings and people. They bring their own personality into a relationship, along with their own limitations and abilities. A person is accepted on that person's level of trust, confidence, awareness, and interpersonal skills. Horses can build a person's self-confidence and self-esteem as the relationship between horse and human deepens.

Horses give us immediate and honest feedback about ourselves by reading our
verbal and non-verbal communication. They reflect back to us our feelings of
anxiety, sadness, happiness, trust and a variety of other feelings.
Whether on horseback or working on the ground with a horse,
the horse is constantly reading our emotions.
The way you talk to a horse can reveal how you relate to people verbally.
Leading the horse can reveal your sense of power or helplessness you feel in your world. Additional activities, customized for each session,
are created to help participants reach goals and develop personal growth and learning.

Horses can be a valuable partner in emotional healing.
They offer encouragement, hope, and unconditional love.
They can have profound effects on helping people recovering from trauma such as:
domestic violence, child abuse, grief and loss, sexual abuse, and divorce.
Equines can help victims of abuse and trauma work through feelings of
fear, anxiety, depression, and low self worth. Troubled teens with
ADHD and/or behavior issues can benefit tremendously from working with them.
The process of caring for a horse, learning horsemanship and riding skills
can help kids and teens develop respect and patience, social skills, and
overall self confidence. Whether a person is having trouble with
relationships, school, or life in general, all ages of clients often feel something
with horses that they have never experienced before - love and acceptance.
Most people learn lessons in respect, trust and hope that can be applied to
everyday life and relationships. Horses create an environment for a person to
overcome fear and develop confidence. Accomplishing a task involving a horse
provides a person with tools that he or she can take into the
"real world" when challenged with other difficult situations in life.

Julie Lemerond
Sound Healer & Registered Yoga Teacher
JulieLemerond.com
Since 2010 I've been a yoga and meditation teacher.
I consider it a sacred honor to share these healing modalities with others
as we all walk on this path through life together. I have an advanced certification
in Yoga Nidra, which is a sleep-based meditation designed to use the biological process of sleep as a vehicle to enter into deeply subtle and profoundly healing states of being.
All you have to do is lie down, get comfortable, and be led through a series of breath and body awareness techniques - it's an effortless and elegant meditation practice.
In addition to teaching Yoga Nidra, I also use gentle yoga as well as sound healing in the form of crystal bowls, a gong, koshi bells and an ocean drum to enhance your experience. There is nothing more powerful than tuning into the wisdom of the body
to heal the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual scars that we gain as we move through life. I'm deeply honored and consider it a gift to share
these practices with others, as they have led me towards so much liberation
and I wish that for you as well!
